I’ve just submitted a new audiobook for publication. It’s Justification by Faith Alone by Jonathan Edwards. Once it’s approved, it should begin to show up at audiobook retailers within a week or two. I’ll update the links below the cover graphic as they become available.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book, and personally benefitted much from it. However, this project took a bit more time than previous books–I guess because it’s Edwards 🙂 . The reading preparation beforehand took more time. I had to read the sections several times prior to the recording to make sure I understood his thoughts. Sometimes during the recording, the reading out loud changed what I thought I had understood as I was reading it before, requiring reading the sentence again. And that meant a bit more editing.
Though his thinking can be difficult for our sometimes lazy minds, once I got used to his style, I found his arguments quite logical and compelling. It’s just that the sentences are long. Sometimes very long 🙂 But…the phrases do connect together quite nicely. I hope the audiobook will be of benefit.
